Refund Policy

No refund will be provided for orders placed with Apical Immigration Experts Pvt Ltd. Refunds will only be processed if Apical Immigration Experts Pvt Ltd rejects an application due to it not meeting the qualification criteria.

Refund Scenarios:

• No Refund on Negative Skill Assessment or Visa Refusal: No refunds will be given if there is a negative verification from the employer or if false or misleading documents are provided by the client.
• No Refund on Application Withdrawal: No refunds will be issued if the application is withdrawn for any reason after the checklist and intellectual property have been shared.
• Balance of Fees: Clients must pay the balance of fees due within the specified time frame of their nominated payment option. A receipt will be sent to the client on the same day of payment.
• Application Fees Subject to Change: Application fees payable by the client are subject to change by the relevant authority. Clients will be notified if such changes occur.
• Non-Refundable Professional Fees: Apical Immigration Experts Pvt Ltd C/O migratetoaustralia.in’s professional fees are non-refundable if the application is rejected for reasons beyond their control, including:
  • 1. Provision of false documentation or statements by the client.
  • 2. Ongoing or pending medical conditions affecting a migrating family member not disclosed before commencing services.
  • 3. Previous and/or pending criminal convictions affecting a migrating family member not disclosed before commencing services.
  • 4. Changes in migration laws or the client’s personal circumstances, including changes set by The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIBP), nominated State/Territory, or relevant Skills Assessing Authority.
  • 5. Failure to meet the required English language level for visa approval.
  • 6. Client’s decision to discontinue the application before a final decision.

Performance-Based Refunds:

Refunds are 100% performance-based and are only payable if the client's skills or visa application is rejected and the migration application cannot proceed. Refunds are not payable if the client decides not to continue the application before a final decision.

Processing Time Disclaimer:

Apical Immigration Experts Pvt Ltd C/O migratetoaustralia.in has no control over the time taken to process applications once received by the governing body and cannot be held responsible for the time taken to complete the case. Nor can they guarantee the final decisions on a case.
